Gypsum Mill “Maintenance” method

1. First of all, the lubricating oil is equivalent to the water required by the human body. It needs to be replaced regularly. After the Gypsum Mill has been running for one month, it needs to be completely discharged, replace the new oil, and the oil level needs to be inspected at least every four hours. When the Gypsum Mill is in normal operation, the oil temperature must not exceed 55 °C.

2. The rotation of the large and small gears and the motor current need to be stable. The steel balls are replaced and added according to the wear condition to ensure the working efficiency.

3. The mill liner is worn 70%, the liner bolt is damaged, the liner is loose, and the pinion and main bearing are seriously worn. These effects need to be replaced in time when working normally.

4. When the anchor bolt is loose or damaged, it should be repaired in time. So as not to affect the operation of the work.

Handling of problems related to Gypsum Mills

1. The Gypsum Mill emits a regular knocking sound when it is in operation. This is because you need to check whether the bolts in a certain part are loose according to the source of the sound. If it is loose, tighten it.

Second, the Gypsum Mill and motor bearing temperature rise, when the test exceeds the requirements, the test is partial or all the temperature is too high, then check whether the lubricant brand is consistent with the regulations, and whether the lubricant reaches the lubrication point. Or check if the vent hole of the reducer is blocked, and you need to clear the vent hole.

3. If the Gypsum Mill reducer starts, the vibration may be caused by the outer ring of the bearing. Adjust the clearance of the wheel according to the regulations, so that the two axes can be concentric.
